Phở noodle soup
This is our specialty dish, a traditional Vietnamese soup that seems simple but deceptively complex with over 25 ingredients and days to prepare. We slow cook the 120 pounds of beef bones for 48 hours to make the stock for the soup base.
Our brisket and well-done meet are prepared differently once it is cooked we vacuum sealed it to preserve the flavor and only cut with you in order to keep the flavor and moisture.
Then our fresh noodles are made from scratch with Gao powder, water, salt.
Topped with scallions, onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, basil leaves, fresh lime, jalapeños, sriracha, and hoisin sauce.

Our Pho noodles are made from scratch and our meat is prepared by marinating it in a vacuum sealed bag then using the sous vide cooking method to cook the meats to perfection. Once you order them, it will be tender and flavorful.
